Class Schedule

Food Class

Thursday from 2:30 - 4:00 P.M.
Learn more about rotation diet and how to survive on the elimination diet for food allergies.

Shot Class

Thursday 8:45 - 9:45 A.M. and 10:15 - 11:15 A.M.
One Hour class on how to give your own allergy shots at home.

Nutrition Class

Friday 9:00 - 10:30 A.M.
Talks about the importance of food and the use of vitamins and minerals.

Chemical Class

Friday 3:00 - 4:30 P.M.
Teaches how to clean up your work and living area.

LDA Class

Thursday 2:00 - 3:00 P.M.
Step by step instructions on making the LDA program work for you.
